Mountain Lake PBS is hosting a debate between the two candidates running for the New York State Senate Seat representing the 45th District. Dan Stec from Queensbury, who is running on the Republican and Conservative Party lines, will face Melissa Seale from Glens Falls, who is running on the Democratic and Working Families Party lines, for an hour-long debate that will be televised on Mountain Lake PBS on October 9th at 8pm and available to watch online at mountainlake.org and on the PBS App.
Mountain Lake PBS news anchor and host Thom Hallock will moderate the debate, and a panel of journalists from the North Country who cover the 45th District will ask the candidates questions. Members of the public are also invited to submit questions for the candidates.
