Michael Cashman on Legislative Session Wrap-up

North Country Assemblyman Michael Cashman talks about the Legislative Session that wrapped up this month.  He talks about the highlights of the $277-billion-dollar budget deal as well as a one year moratorium passed by lawmakers on new data centers in New York State, the visit by Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie to the Adirondacks and $1-million-dollar donation to the Adirondack Watershed Institute at Paul Smith’s College, and New York governor Kathy Hochul announcing the formation of a committee to explore bidding on hosting a third Winter Olympic Games in Lake Placid in 2042 in what would be a joint bid between Lake Placid and New York City.
