People Near Hear

People Near Here

Andy Warhol was right! Some people are going to get their fifteen minutes of fame. And it won't be on 60 Minutes or Oprah or America's Most Wanted. Nope, ordinary people leading ordinary lives are just not interesting enough for Hollywood.

That's where People Near Here comes in. Our program features people who are living very quiet lives, but have an unusual interest, job, obsession, hobby, lifestyle or quirk! Yes, quirks!! Even quirks are perfectly acceptable as subject material on People Near Here.

We've searched out some ordinary folks with really interesting (quirky) lifestyles and we feature them on People Near Here. And we like to spend half or even an entire program with them because, heck, it takes at least that long to get to know somebody. Besides, television is way too full of the four second sound bite these days, and we ask you: how in the Dickens can you get to know somebody in four seconds?

So, thanks for choosing to find out more about People Near Here.

We think you'll be delighted with this unusual program and its unusual people who are really normal, law-abiding human beings who just happen to like living life to the max, the edge, the fullest: you get the idea.

See You On TV!
